Homewood Suites by Hilton Princeton

7-15-23 First time here and we absolutely love it. The rooms are quiet and very clean. Everything was clean. Which is very important on your travels. The breakfast was fantastic and I had complete vegetarian options. The pool was a little cloudy but that happens. I don’t know if it was a belief system or salt system, the fitness center was well done with several machines to choose from. They had a big corporate business desk that you could use if you need to take care of some business. Would stay again.

The hotel's room price is not much in comparison to other hotels. The room was good with attached kitchen space. The parking was sufficient and close to the hotel building. Few important points which I want to highlight are 1) The breakfast was included in staying cost but out of our 3 days stay we didn't got the brakfast on two days. Kitchen staff said due to less quantity of ingredients available it was not sufficient amount to serve all the guests. This doesn't make sense as it is Hilton hotels chain and they have this inability to store sufficient food to atleast server the stayimg guests. 2) Second they didn't have the staff to clean our room or to atleast provide clean towels for 2 days. This again shows incompetent management of the hotel staff. 3) Third the rooms are suppose to be noise proof but we were able to clear hear people talking and making noises in our room. In my opinion this is unexceptable as being in hotel room we need privacy. As a customer we spent money and expect to get full service and food which was promised. So I will give this hotel 3 stars.

This is a great place to stay at if you’re in the Princeton area to visit the university! It’s just a 5 minute drive from here. The rooms are great for the price, service is great, and the breakfast is yum too! It’s right next to the A2B Restaurant if you’re craving for some Indian food. My only con was the fact that the key cards here are quite sensitive to other radio waves (coming from your car keys, phones, etc) and hence we were asked to keep the cards at an arm’s distance away from these items. I found this weird for a Hilton when even the 2-star hotels I’d stayed at did not have this problem. In fact I’ve never heard of anything like this before.
